Now available, find our new setting « Library », accessible from the main menu and the tab « print » of each of your property listings. 

From the Library, access various email models and legal documents that we update from time to time such as; the viewing agreement, the general sales agreement and exclusive sales agreement, the contract amendment, and soon other documents such as the buyer mandate and the rental agreement. 

Some of these documents have been drawn in partnership with the law firm Fidal in order to better secure your real estate transactions. 

Some of the details in these documents (version PDF) will automatically be edited with information added in the software, for an instance, you can within a few clicks generate a sales agreement by retrieving certain elements from the property listing and the property owner without having to type twice the information.
